Yoga for Runners Series

An 8 week series that will strengthen stabilizing muscles and increase flexibility to support form and mobility. An emphasis on hip flexors, hips, hamstrings, and loosening muscles without straining them. The class is accompanied with breathwork to regulate the body.

Yoga & Massage Workshop

We invite you to our special 90 minute yoga and massage workshop.

Yoga Instructor & reiki practitioner Sarah Botros and Registered Massage Therapist Dylan McFarlane will guide you through a deep relaxation yin practice while moving through the room to provide different styles of massage and reiki.

This workshop focuses on restoring your body’s nervous system, relaxing your mind, and releasing muscle tension and stress. This workshop combines a yin practice, deep breathing, massage therapy, deep tissue release, and plenty of hands on adjustments.

Aromatherapy and healing oils will fill the yoga room.

No yoga experience needed – all levels welcome.
