During Your First Appointment
At your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. You will discuss this further with your practitioner in session to develop a treatment plan.
For Osteopathy appointments, please wear comfortable clothing that will allow access to the areas for which you are seeking treatment. If clothing needs to be removed, we use draping methods to ensure your privacy.

Insurance Coverage:
Most extended health care benefits cover our Massage Therapy and Osteopathy services. Please consult your insurance provider to verify what coverage your plan provides.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for a cancelled appointment. Patients cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full rate for their service.
