Sarah Botros is a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified instructor and shares her passion for grounding, empowerment, conscious rest, connection with the earth and energy healing through her classes. Sarah has a personal practice that helped find her way back to herself after many challenging years and inspired her to learn more about yoga mechanics, energetics and traditions. In 2020 Sarah was ready to share the power of this practice, completing her Ashtanga-Vinyasa teacher training in Goa, India, followed by a 20hr Yin yoga course and multiple energy healing courses.
Over the years, Sarah has taught group and private classes, hosted workshops, led local and international retreats, and shared her offerings virtually. She loves crafting creative flows that make you sweat and smile and sharing sequences that encourage you to explore your edges. Helping students gain mobility, actively relax and embrace discomfort through Yin has a special place in her heart. This combination of activation and surrender will help you restore balance in your body, mind, heart and soul. Sarah's classes incorporate grounding, breath, mobility, body awareness, exploration and cultivating self-trust. She encourages her students to listen to the wisdom of their bodies, align with nature's cycles, and embody the yogic path by bringing their practice off the mat and into the world.
