Meghan Hadfield has been teaching Yoga around the Ottawa/Gatineau area since 2015. She has recently completed school to become a Yoga Therapist. She has also been working one-on-one and in groups with students to help return the agency to their bodies, and to move from the busyness of the mind, truly connecting to the body’s presence. Her focuses are built from her variety of education and experience in interoceptive practices, somatic movement, Pain Care Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga, Yin, Asanas for Autism & Special Needs, and more.
Furthermore, she has cultivated a practice that adapts to every environment based on the person(s) in the room, what they are experiencing, and what they want from the class. And you can expect to be encouraged to follow the body in classes with her – wherever you feel pulled. However you feel like moving, honour the wisdom in your own body. She is always open to all levels of experience.
