Graduating in 2016 from Algonquin College, Lucy began her career as an RMT working with a diverse clientele and vast injuries. After two years, she shifted her focus to rehabilitation with athletes, post-war injuries, and PTSD with veterans. Her early love for massage and helping others and sports and a personal history of playing competitive hockey influenced her decision to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Lucy utilizes deep tissue myofascial, reflexive, and neuromuscular techniques most within her practice. She takes a long-term solution rather than a quick fix.
Also, Lucy enjoys working out, cooking, and keeping up with her energetic dog in her free time.
