Julia is a long-time yogi who gained her 200YTT during 2018 in Hoi An, Vietnam. She has also studied both Hatha and Ashtanga techniques. Julia’s teaching style combines strength and flexibility, so get ready to build heat and sweat!
She believes that the most rewarding part of practising yoga is finding comfort in a once tricky pose. Her philosophy is that yoga is a practice, not meant to reach perfection but to enjoy the journey towards a happier and healthier you.
