Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will have 100% of the fees applied to the account.

Manual Osteopathy – Healing Touch

Manual osteopathy is a holistic approach to treating problems in your body, which is viewed as a whole. The goal of treatment is to remove restrictions and restore the inherent balance and function of the body, allowing it to heal. 

This leads to an elimination of physical pain.

$120 for 1 Hour Treatment
$70 for 30 Minute Treatment

Note: Osteopathic manual practitioners are not medical doctors. For any medical emergencies, please consult your physician or visit your nearest emergency room.

$145+HST for 90 Minute Treatment
$99+HST for 1 Hour Treatment
$59+HST for 30 Minute Treatment

Note: Massage therapists must be registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Practitioners must conform to specific standard of practice and code of ethics.

Through noticing the body, acknowledging stories, learning about yoga philosophy and more, Yoga Therapy helps to return agency to clients. Supporting clients to be able to move and live in a more connected way with their body.

Together with a Yoga Therapist, clients will create programs that support their specific needs by incorporating different aspects of Yoga into their practice or life such as movement, meditation, and breath work.

What to expect at your first appointment

At your first appointment please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. You will discuss this further with your practitioner in session to develop a treatment plan.

For Osteopathy appointments, please wear comfortable clothing that will allow access to the areas for which you are seeking treatment. If clothing needs to be removed, we use draping methods to ensure your privacy.

Insurance Policy

Our massage therapy and manual osteopathy services are accepted by most insurance providers. The best way to confirm your coverage is to call your provider as they will have the most up to date information regarding your policy.
