Read Meghan's Bio

My name is Meghan Hadfield and have been teaching Yoga around the Ottawa/Gatineau area since 2015 and recently completed school to become a Yoga Therapist. I have also been working one-on-one and in groups with students to help return the agency in coming back to their bodies. To move from busyness of the mind to the body’s presence. From my variety of education and experience in interoceptive practices, somatic movement, Pain Care Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga, Yin, Asanas for Autism & Special Needs, and more.

Furthermore, I have cultivated a practice that adapts in every environment based on the person(s) in the room, what they are experiencing, and what they want from the class. And you can expect to be encouraged to follow the body in classes with me – wherever you feel pulled. However, you feel like moving, honour the wisdom in your own body. Always open to all levels.
